Gary joined McGraw Commercial Properties in 2016 after serving in leadership roles at several of the most successful multifamily brokerage and investment firms in Oklahoma. Gary specializes in the sale of individual and portfolio level apartment buildings in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Colorado. With over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage and multifamily sales, Gary is one of the most highly respected brokers in the industry. During his career, Gary has completed over $1 Billion in transactions and won multiple Deal of the Year Awards. His consultative focus on understanding the unique goals of each of his clients enables Gary to consistently deliver superior results.

Gary grew up in Blackwell, Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing. Gary enjoys spending time with his family on his sailboat at Grand Lake.
