Julie Buxton joined the Tulsa McGraw Commercial Properties team in April 2019, specializing in the sale of retail buildings, restaurants, shopping centers, office buildings, and land. In this role Julie leverages her superior market knowledge, differentiating marketing tactics, and keen negotiating skills to deliver exceptional results for her clients. Julie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tulsa and her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Julie’s previous twenty-plus years’ experience includes Global Corporate Services roles with Trammel Crow and CBRE, where she represented a diverse group of national clients including Google, Microsoft, FedEx Office as well as other Fortune 300 companies and privately held entities across a variety of industries.
Julie is active within the Tulsa community on a professional and personal level while also supporting Habitat for Humanity. Julie’s most impressive civic engagement is her commitment to empowering women-owned and managed fair-trade companies in Africa while also supporting local women in recovery through her Global Fair-Trade Treasures (GiFTT) business. This nonprofit business imports and sells certified fair-trade items from around the world, with a core value of making a positive difference in people’s lives globally and locally.
