Kevin specializes in the sale of apartment buildings and communities throughout Oklahoma. He joined McGraw in 2017 and works on the Tulsa multi-family team with Gary Krisman. While Kevin’s primary role is business development, he is actively involved in all aspects of serving clients including portfolio optimization, financial analysis, valuation underwriting, pricing of assets, market statistics, forecasting, and contract negotiations. His mission is to deliver exceptional results and a seamless transaction experience for his clients.

Kevin grew up in Jenks, Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma State University where he also played football. Kevin and his family live in Bixby, Oklahoma. He enjoys spending family time outdoors, especially boating at Grand Lake.
