Suzanne joined MCP in March 2024 as Senior Property Manager. In this role she is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties while supporting the growth of our property management business.

Suzanne has over 20 years’ experience in managing commercial properties and has earned the Real Property Administrator / RPA designation through BOMA. In her most recent role, Suzanne managed the 1MSF DRA Advisors industrial portfolio which included twenty-four buildings and over eighty tenants with $1.3M in tenant and building improvements, completed in 2023. Her previous experience includes the management of a diverse portfolio of office, medical, government, and industrial properties with Project Management expertise in managing tenant and capital improvements from design through construction.

Suzanne was born in Chicago and raised in Tulsa. She graduated in the top ten percent of her class from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. On a personal note, Suzanne and her husband Ted live on a 10-acre farm in Broken Arrow which is also home to Great Pyrenees and a menagerie of Highland cows, alpacas, llamas, mini donkeys, and mini goats.
